Disturbed perception refers to a disruption in the way an individual interprets and processes sensory information from their environment. This can manifest as hallucinations, illusions, or misinterpretations of sensory stimuli. On the other hand, disturbed consciousness refers to a disruption in the level of awareness, alertness, and ability to process information. This can manifest as confusion, disorientation, or altered states of consciousness such as delirium or coma. Both disturbed perception and disturbed consciousness can be symptoms of various medical and psychiatric conditions, and can significantly impact an individual's ability to function in their daily life. **

No, being LGBTQ is not a disturbance. LGBTQ individuals are simply people who have a different sexual orientation or gender identity than the majority of the population. Their identities are valid and should be respected just like anyone else's. It is important to recognize and support the LGBTQ community and work towards creating a more inclusive and accepting society. **
