Yes, Logia users can attack other Logia users. Logia users have the ability to manipulate and transform their bodies into their respective elements, making them intangible and immune to most physical attacks. However, Logia users can still harm each other by using their elemental powers creatively or by exploiting weaknesses in their opponent's defenses. Additionally, Haki, a powerful ability in the One Piece world, can also be used to bypass Logia users' intangibility and directly harm them. **

Ace dies in One Piece because he is not invincible as a Logia user. While Logia users have the ability to turn into and control elements, they are still vulnerable to physical attacks and can be defeated if their Haki is not strong enough to defend against powerful opponents. In Ace's case, he was overwhelmed by Admiral Akainu's magma attacks, which ultimately led to his death despite his Logia abilities. This serves as a reminder that even powerful Devil Fruit users have their limitations and can be defeated in battle. **

In my opinion, the superiority of a Wind Devil Fruit Logia in One Piece lies in its ability to manipulate and control the element of wind. This power grants the user incredible speed, agility, and the ability to create devastating wind-based attacks. Additionally, the intangible nature of wind allows for great versatility in combat, as the user can evade attacks easily and launch surprise attacks from a distance. Overall, a Wind Logia fruit would provide a strategic advantage in battles and make the user a formidable force to be reckoned with in the One Piece world. **
